Ensure you leave the plastic film on the the back of the icing sheet for cutting out the toppers. This will help the icing keep it’s shape and prevent any damage from being done. Use clean, dry, sharp scissors to cut out your toppers. Once you have cut out your toppers peel away the film on the back and place them on to your cake(s) you may need to add a little water to you cake to stick the edible icing depending on your cake topping.
